Q1 - Can we use the Bloodhound products indoors and outdoors?

A - Yes, the equipment is suitable for tough operating environments, both within buildings and outdoors.


Q2 - Is the Bloodhound system and equipment easy to understand and to install?

A - Yes, the equipment and system was developed with the aim of simple installation and you do not have to be tech savvy to operate and understand the system.


Q3 - Can I access my reports from anywhere in the world and at anytime or should I wait for it to be uploaded by your administrator?

A - Yes, you can access your reports from anywhere and at anytime from any internet-connected device, due to all information being real-time data.


Q4 - What is the life-span of the equipment and should we purchase new equipment once it stops functioning?

A - There is no life-span on the equipment because of its durability, but if there is a case of faulty equipment, we do replace or repair at no extra to you.


Q5 - Will there be full technical support available nationally, after we install the product?

A - Yes, Bloodhound is national and we have offices in Gauteng, Durban and Cape Town. Our service level agreement includes a 24hour turn around on support services.


Q6 - Do you provide training to our operation staff, to ensure the system is correctly operated?

A - Yes, we do provide on-site training with initial set-up. More in-depth- training is available at a specific fee. Contact your Bloodhound representative for a quotation for training when required.


Q7 - What is the limit on the GSM/GPRS data usage?

A - Unlimited usage per reader


Q8 - Most of my sites vary in size, can I still use Bloodhound or should my site not exceed a specific size?

A - Yes, you can continue to use Bloodhound; the area to monitor can be increased or decreased as per your business requirement.


Q9 - Will I get immediate notification if there is failed patrol on 1 of my sites?

A - Yes, e-mail or sms notifications can be set-up on your specific sites, to ensure you are informed immediately as soon as it happens.


Q10 - Will I be able to monitor multiple sites at one time?

A - Yes.
